Per-subject historic collar/battery voltage monitoring, compared against a configurable previous period

This Ecoscope workflow pulls GPS relocations and their embedded battery/collar-voltage telemetry from EarthRanger for a named subject group, compares the current period against a configurable previous period, and produces a per-subject historic voltage chart plus a merged Word doc report.

1 historic voltage chart per subject — current voltage vs. previous-period min/mean/max band
2 GeoParquet exports — current and previous-period relocations with extracted voltage
A dashboard widget — merged Collar Voltage map/plot widget
A Word doc report — cover page plus every subject's historic voltage chart
